MEET KELSEY LEY
Over the past 10+ years, Kelsey has worked on the business side for the most sought after dance companies in New York City and Chicago managing over 200 team members and developing education programs that have been celebrated around the country. She had “made it” in her field, but as she looked to the next chapter of her career, she was terrified. Competition was valued over collaboration and creativity, inappropriate behavior was brushed under the rug, and employees assumed it was normal to work overtime, forgo lunch breaks, and make close to minimum wage.
Kelsey became obsessed with the question, "How can we build systems that celebrate the realities of being human while still meeting the needs of business?
